I will be age 75 in about 6 months, now are now living in central Texas about 85 miles North of Austin near Killeen, but I elevated cattle over in East Texas for years (beefmasters and Charolaise/Simmental cross) so I know my way all-around a beef carcass.
After researching pellet grills for every week or so, the new Savannah model appeared to suit our application well.
